. >> tracy you work in boston and rhode island. in rhode island you are doing some interesting things in terms of partners with form says and other places to try to get medication to people. talk about that? >> fentanyl has brought a lot of horror to new england in particular, which has been a place where opiod use disorder has been a serious problem. but it also has brought hope. new partnerships and collaborations with law enforcement and an important re-calibration of the care that we provide. so for medications for treatment, which are life saving medications that we need. we understood we needed them in more places. one of the things we learned is that incarceration is a strong connection for fentanyl. the importance of focusing on criminal justice populations and giving people a pathway for hope. so thinking about correctional assistance as a place to provide medications for addiction treatment. but also when they leave, we need a place in the community for people to go. we can ramp up treatment with providers, prescribers. w
