first to trey yingst live in kiev. trey? >> martha, good afternoon. a lot of breaking news out of ukraine tonight. the ukrainian president, president zelensky, announced a national day of unity wednesday. during that announcement, he said that he's been told russia plans to invade on wednesday. since then, we've seen top officials here in kiev walk back those statements saying the president was joking. he said this in gest and in irony based on what he's been told by the americans. the officials are not laughing though. the u.s. state department made a decision to move the embassy from kiev to a western ukrainian city out of the potential line of fire if a russia invasion takes place. it's a big if. right now there's one person in the world who knows if russia will invade. it is vladimir putin. at this hour, there's more than 100,000 troops on the border. there's various reports about whether or not the troops are moving closer to the border in different locations.we don't want to dive too deep into that. there's the german chancellor meeting with zel
