( marty ) new developments in a sexual abuse case at the university of southern californiae university is offering a settlement to women who say they were sexually abused by a gynecologist at a campus clinic. hundreds of women have come forward with stories of sexual assault or misconduct by george tyndall....over nearly 30 years. they have filed several lawsuits against tyndal and the university. the doctor has denied the allegations. friday, u-s-c announced a 2-hundred-15- million dollar class action settlement... where the women would each get 25-hundred dollars. the announcement came as a shock to attorneys who are representing 180 women in the case.
