it feels like southbound but it is westbound 80 as you approach the bridge. one lane is taken away. traffic is back up into vallejo. this is an unexpected slowdown for you. it is usually not this slow driving through. it is making the traffic slow through the area. i also want to mention a new accident reported southbound 680 approaching danville in alamo. southbound 680 at stone valley road, blocking one of the lanes there. the fast lane. a pickup truck and a car got into a crash. this will affect your drive if you drive from walnut creek to danville or san ramon. here is a look at the drive between the carquinez bridge and the macarthur maze. that drive alone is 36 minutes. add another 20 minutes for the bay bridge toll plaza to get into san francisco. it is a tight one. 880 traffic is not too slow. it is getting more congested on the way to downtown oakland. you can see just a little bit of congestion. nothing major just yet. we talked about highway 4 earlier. it will be slow through pittsburgh and bay point. and traffic is slow heading out to concord. back to the desk. >>> oakla
