a driver shot at a carat knights and woodhaven -- shot at a car at knights and woodhaven road in north philadelphia. katherine scott has the details. >> reporter: police believe a case of road rage led a car to fire on another. a radio call came in around 7:15 an apparent case of road rage near this intersection in northeast philadelphia. >> it's road rage, it's crazy, but this is the way it is today. >> reporter: the 19-year-old victim said the driver of a black cadillac cut him off. words were exchanged and the driver pulled off a single gunshot striking the hood of the silver vehicle. the victim followed the suspect on i-95 until the suspect turned off on to academy road. state police responded and northeast detectives are looking for nearby surveillance video. nearby residents are stunned. >> it's scary, because we've never heard of anything like that around here
