it will be a nice day tomorrow. more in the way of sunshine and even temperatures still in the mid to upper 30s. we're still going to be above freezing tomorrow. thursday morning, you notice more cloud cover around. so far the morning commute tends to be on the dryer side but we'll see snow approaching. middle of the day thursday we'll see an area of snow move in. it should be on the lighter side. some areas in south jersey and delaware could see a wintry mix, light rain. at this time most of the area should be at or above freeze pentagon. borderline temperatures would be better to deal with. shouldn't be lasting too long. it will be moving out through the evening. temperatures start to drop off. then we go into friday and we get colder. as far as accumulation is concerned, i mentioned it's expected to be light snow. shouldn't be long lasting. if anything maybe a coating to an inch through the day thursday. models aren't showing too much either. friday morning take a look at what it will feel like when you factor in

the idea is to keep this nice and tight. going to let it sit at room temperature for a couple of hours, cover it lightly so the air can circulate. now two hours later, ready to scoop it into the truffles. this is a rather large scoop by my standards. some people like their truffles really big. this did a nice way to portion the truffles. this makes about 2 and a half, 3 dozen depending how many you want to give to your loved one and how many you want to eat yourself. i'm going to cut these in half because i like them a little smaller. but since i used that perfect little scoop, these will give me nice, consist event sized truffles. now i'm going to role these into balls. if it's a little sticky, coat your hands with cocoa. they don't have to be dead on exactlily the same, because no two truffles are the same. this is some of the chocolate that we're going to be using to coat the truffles. i like to use the microwave because you're not subjecting it to a water bath where water can get into the chocolate for dark chocolate i w
