just before 11 last night at the valero gas station on international boulevard at 42nd avenue east oakland. a second unrelated shooting happened last night in west oakland. police say victor smith was a passenger in a car when someone on the street opened fire. shooting and killing him. >>> new details on an accident involving a car that drove on to a sidewalk in vallejo killing a bomb and injuring five others. investigators now say the driver a 65-year-old man had been at a medical marijuana dispensary before the crash and marijuana was found in his car. rosa novarro of vallejo died at the scene. her four-year-old daughter was injured when the car careened off the road. the driver has not been arrested.
