here's the latest accident, northbound lanes of i-95 right at cottman avenue, just north of the cottman avenue off ramp. so in the construction zone there is only three lanes to begin with that goes down to one and a half, maybe two, past the accident scene here again and that is on the northbound side. now south on i-95 earlier accident at broad street all those lanes are opened, if you are heading down, to the navy yard or into south philadelphia a, that broad street off ramp is opened. we have had had two accidents so far this morning on the saint georges bridge down here in delaware. the first accident was northbound, they have cleared that out of the way, new there is another accident southbound and now they have a tow truck, salt crews are on the way. i would avoid route 13 ain't saint georges bridge. without directions. i know it is tougher as far as volume goes but it will be safe until we can get the bridge salted there. new jersey turnpike, speed restrictions down to 45 miles an hour from the delaware memorial bridge up to the george washington bridge. we are starting to see s
