mayor bill de blasio, governor andrew cuomo visited this site earlier today, they saw where the i.e.d. was, what we believe to be an i.e.d. based on the evidence inside a dumpster that was blown up, they saw that this morning. what police are doing now is combing over surveillance video at this scene at 23rd between 6th and 7th of all the businesses that were in and around that blast site. the second crime scene is four blocks away. on 27th between 6th and 7th avenues. that's where the second suspicious package was found. first reporting last night that package was a pressure cooker with wires and a cell phone attached to it. that device was moved about 2:30 a.m. and moved to rodman neck firing range in the bronx, where the nypd now is now looking into that device, looking at its components to understand what this bomb was, frankly, made of or could have been, what this package was made of. right now they are not willing to even connect both things because they don't know necessarily the components of that first bomb, at least from what they've told us, but governor andrew cuomo today
