. >> i'm amanda starrantino. let's get over to anne makovec at the live desk with more on the east bay quick. anne, i just got a text from my boyfriend in concord, he definitely felt it there. >> concord was one of the real hot spots. social media has been blowing up. a lot of people have been calling the news room to report it. the 4.1 magnitude quake hit at 5:07 about seven miles northwest of pittsburg near bay point and sassoon bay. 3600 people reported feeling it to the usgs from as far south as santa cruz to east of sacramento and north to santa rosa. so certainly a wide-ranging effect there. a lot of those people jumping on social media to share their experiences. here is just a taste of that. a lot of people reporting -- waking up straight out of their bed. some knowing immediately it was an earthquake. others wondering if it was something else shaking up their bed or shaking up their house. it was, indeed, a 4.1, which is not a huge earthquake by any means. so we're not expecting reports of damage or inju
