they have the naming rights to the stadium where the arizona cardinals play their football games in arizona. they have advertisement on television, on radio, billboards and every direction. it is a company that markets in every direction, and as a consequence has built a large student enrollment. how about university of phoenix in terms of the dollars that they receive? that's the interesting thing. unlike universities and colleges around the united states, whether in north dakota, south dakota, nebraska, indiana or whatever, these for-profit universities get a substantial portion of all of their revenue directly from the treasury through pell grants and student loans, dramatically higher percentages of their revenue come from the treasury than virtually any other college or university. this is unique to the for-profit college and university sector. they are the most heavily subsidized for-profit private businesses in america today. let me give you an example of what i'm talking about. 82% of the revenue coming to the university of phoenix, $2.7 billion, comes out of title 4. 82% much their

so when this administration won't enforce immigration laws in arizona and arizona decides under the tenth amendment under the police powers of the state to do it for the federal government, then it's wrong for that state to do it, but this administration will not take action against the sanctuary cities that are violating the same immigration laws. now, i want to go on with some examples. where the administration refuses to work with local officials. sheriff cummings in cape cod, massachusetts, recently explained his frustration with immigration custom enforcement when an immigrant who had overstayed his visa was arrested for battery with a dangerous weapon and child pornography. sheriff cummings said that he -- when he learned that this individual who had a long criminal history was in the country illegally, he asked immigration custom enforcement for a federal immigration detainer -- quote -- "so that if someone came up with a bail, we would then turn him over to immigration custom enforcement and we wouldn't release him back into the community." end of quote. now, what happened? i.c.e.

it happened just after 1:00 in the morning arizona time. the suspect is an 18-year-old freshman at this school. they say right after the shooting, he was taken into custody without further incident by the first officer who arrived on the scene, and police say that he is cooperating. as for the victims, we don't yet know their ages or their conditions at the hospital. police also say they don't really know yet what led up to this confrontation, which led up to this shooting. now, this all happened in a parking lot outside of mountain view hall on campus. that's the dorm that houses fraternities and sororities. and the delta kai fraternity just released a statement confirming that some of its members were victims of the tragedy, but the fraternity could not say if the person who died was a member. the statement says, "at this time, we can confirm that this incident had no ties to the chapter." the university police chief says that under arizona law, students cannot carry guns on campus, but they can keep them in locked cars. this morning the
