the north bay. the snow may add up to about 2 to 4 inches over the next few hours. and then looking at the waves of rain moving through the north bay but now also starting to approach san francisco and the peninsula, it's going to be off and on today. but mainly hitting this morning. so as we get a closer look we can see that even though it was raining in santa rosa, there may be more showers returning soon, it's really moving into much of napa county and starting to approach solano county. you're starting to see sprinkles. expect the roads to get wet in the next couple of hours. also a couple of spotty showers along 680 near the san ramon area and we'll see rain coming into the peninsula, hitting san francisco within the next few minutes. it's going to be off and on and, yes, we're still watching out for the possibility of thunderstorms, small hail embedded in some of these heavier downpours and it's going to be moving into the south bay, as well as the east bay and tri-valley by late morning. but
