the national weather service is sounding the alarm about possible coastal flooding along the immediate coast and bay front. this area is no stranger to the impact on those high tides. this is new video from along the coast in tiburon. you can see the bicyclists and pedestrians are contending with the water this morning. low-lying areas are most susceptible to the high tides. high tide this morning happened at 10:30. tomorrow it happens a little after 11:00 a.m. >> meteorologist kari hall has been tracking the areas where flooding is possible. you kind of nailed it on the time. you told us this morning it would happen. >> this is pretty predictable down to the minute. when you have the astronomical tides, we can forecast that out months in advance. so, we are seeing now the peak of that flooding, and if you don't have any flooding anywhere close to you, you're not in any danger here. the threat is behind us. the flood advisory will be in effect through about noon, then it will be allowed to expire and the tides will be a lot lower. it's those coastal trails and low-lying areas affected by the alignme
