i had a little struggle with bernie. he is a little linear. he likes to put it on a string, and i managed to wrestle him away from that a little bit so we could look at the individual documents separately and then i could string the beads for him. it was tough for him because he's a linear guy. and at the end when i produced the book, i think i produced four different versions. i had an algorithm for the book, and i printed it out and he would read the whole thing and see if it went together right. and at the end, we spent two days on skype. when i say two days, 8:00 in the morning until noon, break for lunch, go to five. break for dinner, six to ten. two days on skype, going through absolutely every single decision that we made and checking the algorithm to make sure that everything was ordered absolutely perfectly. when you see all the entries in here, that's exactly what the algorithm put out. all the cross rifrns references, all the notes, and remember we had six people in scandanavia doing it, so we had to have a commonplace. i want to br
