bob redell is out there over at the dumbarton bridge. bob, you are talking about those conditions. >> reporter: good morning, mike. look, where we are at 24 hours ago and this is a much better driving situation for people getting into work, especially considering today is theoretically friday light. you can see the roads are still wet but we don't have the rain coming down. i've been driving from the east bay to the south bay again through the dumbarton bridge this morning, i've been all over the roads this is pretty much the conditions you will see out here. again, marked contrast from last night when you saw the rain, this video from southbound 101 just before sir francis drake boulevard up in san rafael, marin county. this morning something to keep in mind, there are wind advisories in effect put out on the chp. these are highway wind advisories for the antioch bridge, the benicia/martinez bridge and the altamonte pass coming from the central valley into livermore in the east bay. those are some things that you want to keep an eye out.
