i'm brooke thomas. >> brooke, multiple sources now confirm, that the district attorney has decided, no charges will be filed against former eagle, lesean mccoy, or his three companions, in the february brawl. a brawl that left those two off duty philadelphia police officers hunter. >> the speculation on whether or not former eagle, lesean mccoy, or any of his three companions, would face criminal charges, for a brawl inside a center city club february 7th, that left two off duty philadelphia police officers hurt, one with a fractured skull, began, within hours of the incident. and has been escalating in the media for nearly two month. at one point, mccoy, and his attorneys, spoke in person with investigators, and afterward district attorney seth williams held a press conference saying woe not be rushed into a decision. now, sources confirm to cbs-3 the district attorney is expected to announce that neither mccoy nor anyone else will be charged with any wrong-doing in the incident. mccoy's attorney, dennis kogan, and attorneys representing the two officers, say so far they've not receiv
