how strange it was to move las vegas to buffalo. so i guess i've been before to make sense of the world, but i was so down deep in whatever i was in, writing about it didn't make sense as a thing to do until my therapist recommended it and that day when i was running. so i went to talk about or read now a couple of those different sessions. when i thought about what to read, i had a couple of considerations. one is that this book doesn't go in chronological order. it doesn't start in iraq and move through. everything is mix together because that's how it felt to me. so to organize my thoughts i did chad sheet of paper that i color coded all the different sections in the nets and colors. one color for things in the past in the war and a different color for the present day things and what was going on now and then the crazy feeling, what i call it, crazy with a c. and a final one for the therapy and how some of my recovery. there was a lot of fat. it was mostly the other two colors. i will read one of features does. the other thing i
