this is new video from calfire that shows early morning flooding near pescadero in san mateo county. the weather took down trees, knocking out power and even damaging cars. volunteer firefighters on the peninsula have had a busy night helping to clear trees that fell onto roadways. this video was posted by the kings mountain fire brigade in woodside. winds up to 50 miles per hour toppled trees in more than a dozen locations. in some cases they had to help cars that slid off of roadways. fortunately, no one was injured along the way. >>> well, the rain in some cases creating problems for homeowners. a canal overflowed yesterday in pleasant hill leaving nearby backyards flooded. the homeowner says the weather soon started spilling into his home. >> it's flooded like this from time to time but never to the point where it was covering the whole street to the point where you would spep down and it would be covering your ankles and going up to your thighs. never to that point, to that degree. and at that acceleration, that fast. >> he says the flooding was the worst he's ever seen and we'v
