you can see that on the tape that was found on the caylee poster that the anthonys had put up early in days of the search for caylee. our legal analyst believes that that is one more piece of evidence, one more piece of duct tape that's similar, that would point to all of them coming from the same roll as a very rare type of duct tape that isn't manufactured anymore, hasn't been for years, and it's a rare industrial tape. >> all right. we are taking your calls live tonight. kathi, i want to go through this with a fine-toothed comb. the duct tape is from a manufacturer i believe called henkel company, and actually a logo of the henkel company was found on the duct tape? >> that's absolutely right. the logo, it's sort of a black oval logo with a company name on it, and then there's more printing on the tape that it's specifications of a temperature, max temperature 200 degrees fahrenheit. and documents that were previously released to us show that fbi investigators found that same logo also on the tape that was found stretched across caylee's mouth. we understand there are fbi photograph

some of the other photos released were pictures of the duct tape wrapped around caylee anthony's mouth. there's been a lot of contention over this duct tape which we talked about over the last couple weeks. does it last the duct tape at the anthony household or does it not? if you look closely at this duct tape, see the marking on it for this fire guard duct grand. a rare brand that was made. there was a circle with the name "henk l" in the middle and an area that says 200 degree fahrenheit temperature. there's the duct tape from the gas can from the anthony household. just in looks alone would make it seem like it's a match. however, according to the defense, it is not a match in terms of the fibers that are in the duct tape. however, other tests have shown that chemically the duct tapes were very similar. as you can see on the duct tape that was found at the crime scene, it was very deteriorated. it appears there is hair on it. we did see in the forensic reports as far as caylee anthony is concerned they had to cut that duct tape out of her hair that was still attached to her skull w
