we are here -- charley. we are here at north lakewood and east baltimore street in the patterson park area and this morning police are trying to figure out who is responsible for the break-ins here. as a matter of fact, it's a chance we have seen some officers patrolling the area this morning here just making sure everything is okay. and i got to tell you a lot of residents in this area are on high alert. they are on the lookout after they say about a dozen break- ins since just before christmas one block of lakewood has been hit with four burglaries according to the neighborhood association. one woman says a break-in occurred while she was in the home sleeping. people are aware right now and they say they are keeping ion out for any kind of suspicious activity. and folks are working very closely with the police. >> we always want to be vigilant about what's going on and it's goog to be talking to your neighbors. knowing who is going away for christmas and different weekends and things like that. and i think
