chris lawrence here with reaction from both sides on this story, chris. >> well, leon, we've been on top of this story every step of the way pat collins initially reporting on the death rejecting those conspiracy theories, rod wheeler filed this lawsuit. he's the investigators who looked into seth rich's murder last year and i frequently on fox news, the network that reported the conspiracy theory, suggesting that rich took e-mails from the democratic national committee and leaked them to wiki leaks. they say fox intentionally misquoted him in a story that suggested he discovered a leak between rich and wiki leaks. they're saying president had a copy of that and pushed fox to cover it, as is. it's an effort to overt the ongoing investigation into russia. white house denied any article and fox pulled it a week after it was published. the dnc issued a statement saying, if these allegations are true, it is beyond vile that the white house and possibly even trump himself would use the murder of a young man to distract the public's attention from the chaotic administration in trump's ties
