they've seen storm after storm of 3, 6, 10, 14 inches of rain in texas from houston to dallas down towards san antonio. right now more than half of the state is under flash flood watches. you can see what's happening. there is a storm the size of texas sitting right on top of it. more very heavy rain tonight. dallas right now under a flood rains and they'll see more potential for heavy rain tonight. for us, we have areas of heavy rain back to the north and west. nothing around the d.c. metro area right now, but back to the north and west, we are tracking this area of rain in through the panhandle of west virginia, in towards clark county, virginia, washington county, and this will move right into frederick county and northern loudoun county. very heavy rain, heavy enough to prompt a flood warning for hampshire county and mineral county until 1:45 in the morning, so watch out if you're back into this area. we have seen some flooding on area roadways. for us, we'll be talking about more rain chances the next couple days and maybe the chance for severe storms. your forecast in a minute. >> th
