let's go straight to delia gonsalvess live on the scene with much more. bring us up to date, delia. >> reporter: surae, this is what we know so far. a group of six cyclists were traveling down macarthur boulevard when a fedex truck traveling in the same direction attempted to make a left turn essentially almost a u-ey in between the two grassy medians there when the driver struck four of the cyclists in that group. you can see two of the cyclists that were not hurt. we just spoke to them. they're still here waiting for a ride. they said they were travelling in that group. they noticed that the driver did not see the cyclist and was not stopping so they sped up, trying to tap the car to catch his attention. it was too late, unfortunately. four people, as you mentioned, were struck. they tell me they have spoken to their friend. three of them are in good condition. however, one, police are describing as a trauma patient at this point. that's the story so far, we're going to have much more on this developing story a little later in our broadcast. back to you
