this is germantown avenue. and we have seen the people are still trying to get up these hills in and around chestnut hill. this is germantown avenue. septa will no longer go from this area. it is trying to figure out, the bus drivers have said they can't get up and down all of these different hills. and the other people that cannot get up and down these hills are people that have these trucks like this. we showed you earlier people backing downhills and racing back up them trying to get up and down. the best advice is if you have to leave your house, make sure you have 4-wheel drive. and there have been spots where we have even said that might be too much for us to go up and down. the problem is quite frankly, there was so much water on the roads at about 3:00, 4:00, 5:00 a.m. and now the snow has come. so sue has been talking about this peanut butter and jelly sandwich, that's exactly what people are facing. these are areas where people are still having trouble. septa is no longer taking passengers to plymouth
