do we know when the judge could make a decision? >> i thought the judge was thoughtful. was extremely well prepared. our opposition and his reply and the cases. she had many, many questions for both sides. she indicated she will e-file her decision. she did not indicate when she would file her decision. but i think it's going to be a thoughtful one. and we're looking forward to that. we're hopeful that we would be permitted to proceed, to litigate our lawsuit and protect our client and her lights. >> recently from reporting over the last couple years, this is a president involved in a lot of litigation. what do you think will differentiate this lawsuit from all of the others in his past? >> i guess there were 75 lawsuits. this is the only one on behalf of one of the women who alleged that candidate trump had committed acts of sexual misconduct against her. we think this is an important lawsuit. we think that a woman's word matters, that it's of value. and that she has as much rights as anyone else in the united states. we're there to vindicate her rights. >> gloria allre

today a philadelphia judge gives her side. in court filings, she says she refuses to let rapper meek mill out on bail because she fears he's a flight risk, saying he's facing significant jail time. he had a 2017 probation violation. more than ten years ago he was charged in a drug and assault case. the judge says that williams used a dirt bike for drug sales back in 2007 and in 2017 when he popped wheelies on a new york city street, he was again on a dirt bike. she said the artists has failed drug screenings while on probation and says in an unscheduled probation visit to his home, he tested positive for drugs and was in possession of fast flush. it's unclear if he used that to mask his urine since this had been a current theme for his violations while on probation. and defense lawyers followed up saying that the judge should recuse herself saying that there is an fbi filing investigating her handling of this case. reporting live, deanna durante, nbc 10 news. >>> coming up at 5:30, with this setback, what are the next steps fo

instead of him being the judge, the new judge in the flynn case is this man, judge named emit sullivan but this recusal news, it is a surprise and there are two basic things we're waiting to figure out about it now that we got this news. number one is the impact of this decision. number two is the explanation for why it happened. in terms of the impact, the judge in the flynn case thus far as far as we can tell hasn't been handling complex matters, right? flynn was charged with lying to the fbi. he pled guilty to that charge. the judge accepted his plea. and the sentencing with the -- which the judge would preside over in this case, that sentencing has been delayed for three months while flynn apparently gets his time to cooperate with muller's investigators so the implications of the judge in the flynn case being recused and replaced tonight could be very minor. could be important, we don't yet know. that's one. the implication of this change in the flynn case. in terms of the explanation for why it happened, it's possible that this was just something logistic logistics. it was a sche
