evacuees from the junkins fire are back home this morning-- after finally being able to return home thursday afternoon. but the fire continues to burn-- right now it about 33 percent contained. since monday it's burned through more than 16 thousand acres in custer and puebl counties. thursday-- firefighters made progress on the north east side of the blaze thanks to lower temperatures and higher humidity.
