here's meteorologist lisa argen. >> good morning, tiffany. we are looking at some clouds. high clouds invading parts of the bay area. we have some issues in terms of visibility. but it's going to be another pretty nice fall day around here with right now visibility at a half-mile up in santa rosa, three quarter mile in novato. you can see a mile just down the coast here. i want to get to a much bigger system that the going to move into the pacific northwest. we wish this would be aimed toward northern california, but it will be dragging southward and we will see a little precip perhaps north in the north bay by tomorrow. heavy rain around austin texas and much of texas, just inundated with a swath of moisture, and what was hurricane patricia. now at winds of 50 miles an hour, it is quickly weakening and spreading lots of rain. in fact, anywhere from to 12 inches of rain. so right now it is a tropical storm. we could see upwards of another 15 inches of rain here, and flash flooding certainly is possible. some isolated spots, up to 20 inches of
