♪ "action news" continues with meteorologist adam joseph , jaime apody, rick williams and monica malpassing news tonight at 5:30. philadelphia police investigating a shooting in north philadelphia today. it happened about 5:00 p.m. it's in the 3100 block of north darien street. police have fired three shots and we now know one person was wounded. we don't know if the person was hit by police gunfire or by someone else who was shooting. no officers were injured. that wounded person was that rushed to temple university hospital. no word yet on their condition. again, breaking news in north philadelphia this afternoon, a shooting which is still under way. >> we're following breaking news from northeast philadelphia tonight. police are once again letting employees inside of a target there following a shooting. man was shot multiple times outside of the store in the 7400 block of bustleton. he is in stable condition we're told. no suspects in custody at this time. police did swarm the store after the shooting. employees and shoppers were herded to the back of the store and eventually evacuate
