he was stationed close to eglin air force base in pensacola, florida.scene last night and how challenging it may have been under those conditions? >> we say these things every time bh you have an aircraft mishap and that is it's very early. it occurred last night and they're starting to find the wreckage. i have flown in the complex, it's a very large area. it goes all the way up -- interstate 10 runs east west along the top. you've got that up to the north, and then, of course the gulf of mexico to the south. the exercise that these guys were involved in, evidently was in a 17. it's an area that is in the western edge of the complex right on the beach. if you go much further west, then you're into the civilian areas. and that's on santa rosea island. for those people who are familiar with the the pensacola area, it's a famous beach resort. so you can get fog rolling in there, especially this time of year. >> should they have got up as a result of that? we understand it was a dense fog advisory advisory, is that something that should have kept them grou
