hey, matt. >> happy friday, rick and monica. get ready for some red as you head home check out the travel times. speeds we are in the red across-the-board. 42 minutes on the northbound side of 95 and it all started with this, a crash northbound here by bridge street that's now off to the side. you can see it there. but for awhile it was blocking three of the four lanes. that northbound travel time is three times what it should be although 42 minutes is a lot better than the hour and 20 minutes we saw earlier on. so, we are improving but it's still a really slow go on 95 northbound that spills back onto the vine street expressway. solid line of traffic eastbound across town from the schuylkill out to 95 and of course those delays spill back onto the schuylkill itself. but at least our westbound truck accident on 76 near montgomery has cleared. however, still have that one westbound by conshohocken on the shoulder that's attracting some attention so speeds in general on the schuylkill also in the red, 6 miles per hour westbound th

liz: rick lucich and his sons had only one way out. rick: it was a life-and-death situation. liz: they cut their way through thick brush and hiked down these hills to safety. liz: the area where we're standing now, did this all burn? rick: oh, yeah, everything burned. as far as you can see, everything was burned. liz: janet and rick retired on 40 acres near a town called mokelumne hill, 60 miles east of sacramento. the butte fire, as it's known, destroyed everything they own. janet: oh, it was lot of memories. liz: the fire burned 70,000 acres and leveled more than 500 homes, and it all started when a single tree, a grey pine, a hit a power line. mike: pg&e knows about the risks. liz: attorney mike danko represents the lucich family. he says a pg&e contractor should have cut down that grey pine. according to cal fire, a contractor inspected a cluster of trees and marked two outer trees for removal. the agency's investigation found taking out those trees weakened an inner tree, causing it to lean onto the power line. cal fire concluded, "pg&e or its contractors failed to ident
