this is moving toward the north/northeast and cross over salem county, new jersey as well. we are looking at some dreary conditions out there, our live neighborhood network takes to us kutztown and you can see temperatures only in the 60's, some gusty wind as well, gusting to 28 miles an hour in philadelphia, rosemont 26, hamilton, 29, and millville still gusting to 25 miles an hour. with that damp weather, we're seeing areas of fog, poconos only, 5 miles visibility, and down a little bit in allentown and reading but elsewhere looking fairly good with some pocket of heavy rain. mild along that i-95 corridor but cool air is already spilling into our north and western suburbs where we have been rain soak today. to the west there is more cool air, so, it is showing what is on our doorstep. so we see future weather capturing heavy rain quite well, moving through within the the next hour or so and by 11:00 or 12:00 it is quiet again. overnight three or 4:00 a.m. one more round of heavy rain and gusty wind and then by thursday morning, by 7:00, 8:00 a.m. we are talking about dry
