stephanie schwab has struck in baltimore county. she is wanted for a carjacking on thanksgiving day. investigators say she cut the woman behind the wheel when she called for help and then ran away. the police recovered the car, an acura. schwab is suspected of stealing a car at tyson's galleria two weeks ago. >>> there is video showing a man who is targeting shoppers in montgomery county. he is forcing them to withdraw money from atms and runs into metro stations. darcy spencer has more. >> reporter: if you look at this video. it's on youtube. you can see the person that police are searching for here. the video is about four seconds long and police are calling him a desperate man they are desperate to get him locked up. increased security after abduction of three older men since wednesday. this video was taken at the target store where the latest victim was abducted. >> it's just not right. you know, you should not be doing that. older folks? i mean, come on. it's immoral. >> reporter: two men, one 75 years old and the other 60 year

police arrested stephanie lynn schwab. that's the woman suspected in a string of crimes across our area. police finally caught up with her this afternoon after a chase that spanned two counties and ended in a crash. she was suspected if two robberies and two carjackings in maryland and virginia. >> i'm delia in fairfax county where police today put an end to a one woman crime spree and now the fbi want to hear from her. sky 9 and the police finally catch up with the blond bandit. hers was a crime spree that started last week and ended just hours ago in this crash off old georgetown road. police working with several agencies to catch up with the 26-year-old stephanie lynn schwab who was a former member of the notorious gang, ms13. she is charged with an armed carjacking, attempted carjacking, and two bank robberies. the break in the case came when she attempted to rob her third bank earlier this afternoon. the bb and t in mcclane. >> just heard an alarm going off and some lady was running out of the bank. >> an officer spot
