the rain should be south of philadelphia by this time. rain moves in and it starts off your weekend. kind of like last weekend, we started with the rain saturday. same thing as we go into tomorrow. some of it could be locally heavy. late morning hours we continue with the rain. by noon, we should start to see things wind down, slow drying, gradual clearing through the afternoon saturday and we'll see even more in the way of sunshine and nicer conditions as we go into sunday. for tonight, though, late rain continues to move in. lasting overnight, the heaviest remains south of philadelphia tonight and earlier tomorrow, some of the heavier rain could try and move into philadelphia and north of that. we won't start to see clearing with the cloud cover until later saturday evening or saturday night. highs will top out in the low 60s and as we go into sunday, much more in the way of sunshine. 64 degrees, looks dry for the eagles game. temperatures by then will be in the 50s. next week we are back in the 70s. >>> a celebration of a popular tree
