there are brake lights out of tracy from mount house. beyond that, towards north flynn , the positive news is you do not have any brake lights connecting towards the 680 yet. 680 both directions are moving at the limit. it is 35 minutes from 205 towards the 680. so far, so good, on the east shore freeway. there are no delays from antioch over towards 80. the bay bridges off to a good start and we are seeing more cars every few minutes on the roadways but so far, no delays or metering lights....

the brake lights out of tracy starting right around mountain house. right to about north flynn.o the typical stuff there with no delays heading towards that 680 dublin interchange. once you get through that livermore valley area. 34 minutes already, that's your drive time westbound 580 from 205 over to 680. eastshore freeway, in the clear. we did have an earlier trouble spot blocking the potrero on ramp to westbound 80. that's now been opened and things are moving nicely in both directions. we've got road work and it's causing delays along the nimitz freeway looking at the sensors here, lots of red which means we're seeing speeds under 25 miles an hour. so certainly a slow ride to your start this morning out of downtown oakland working to the 23rd and 29th street exits there. that's where they have the ongoing road work, they've been wrapping it up at least for the most part by 6:00. in the meantime always jump on about 580 freeway portion through oakland that will get you around the mess. the rest of 880 looking pretty good though with no delays near the coliseum. that's a look

backed up well into tracy and just a large stretch ochered there on the sensors. altamont pass road which would have probably been a very good alternate route is bogged down as well. it is bumper to bumper there as well. a bit of traffic until this one is cleared out of the roadway. 67 minutes, well over an hour the make that trek from 205 over to 680. so definitely slow westbound 580 this morning. we'll keep you updated on that. the rest of our freeways are actually looking great. no delays along the eastshore freeway and highway 4 clear as well as 101 out of the south bay. now the golden gate bridge, dealing with a bit of fog this morning and limited visibility. might be an issue working through there and across the span as well as parts of 101 especially through the waldo grade. so keep that in mind as you hit the roadways, right now though here's some good news, the bay bridge commute, if you are headed out of the east bay, into the city, looks frit good. no metering lights just yet. traffic fairly quiet there. in fact, all of the bay area bridges checking in
