vince: not so sure.here are so many other things, so many other factors weighing on the euro. i don't see the ecb in and of itself has become -- as becoming the savior. i do think very interestingly though and this is against the majority. i think the ecb is actually making a more credible move than the federal reserve. but the fed is acting irrationally. they're trying to preserve credibility. but when they broadly missed that inflation wasn't transitory. and i think they're rushing to try to catch up when the market is basically telling them slow down. and i mean, traders are pricing at interest rate cut. not very far into the future and the fed is not acknowledging the slowdown. we've had a first quarter that's been a negative growth. it will be clear when we get the second quarter. and raising rates in a recession regardless of where inflation is makes no sense. kriti: i have to ask what's the next level to watch on euro dollars? vince: i think we're going to see parity in the very near future. so th
