this was located at west grand and filbert in west oakland. firefighters got the call about 2:00 this morning. they went to a five-alarm they brought in about 90 firefighters to tackle this huge fire. they were also concerned about embers flying through the air. one did land on a home on isabella. it did some exterior damage to the home there. they did get that fire out and that home is still standing. no one has been hurt in this fire but they did call in pg&e to go ahead and turn the power off because they were also concerned about what could happen with the transformers in the area. >> roughly 20 to 25 people evacuated along market street as a precaution. we had a lot of embers blowing. exposure buildings were proximal to the incident. >> reporter: so, they evacuated about two dozen people and shut the power off for about 2,000. there are some workers here on the scene who have been working on this construction project. they say they've been working on it since august of last year. they estimate this will probably cost about 50 to 75 people
