wyoming is no different. depression, substance abuse, isolation, and suicidal thoughts are all too prevalent in all of wyoming's demographics. we are losing to many of our youth, to many of our veterans, to many of our neighbors. it is so important that i co-hosted a summit on mental health last fall in casper. i saw all three governmental branches coming together to work on improving our services for mental health. our coordination efforts and targeting crucial resources is just the beginning of what we can do. i'm happy to report that wyoming launched the first in state 24/7 suicide hotline. now are people in crisis can finally have someone to they can talk to, someone who is familiar with us and our eagle to help. but tending to people in emergencies or in crisis is only part of what we need to do. we have to reach people before they are in crisis. wyoming people have always valued private partnerships to help build healthier, stronger communities. i want to recognize one such partnership. the hughes chari
