nbc's tracie potts joins us with the latest. good morning. >> reporter: eun, good morning.ber 11th is the deadline. congress has known it for a few months. here we are at the very end trying to figure out if they're going to be able to work out this $1.1 trillion budget. there are only three options. they can extend the current funding again, another temporary extension. they can come to an agreement on the budget or they can do nothing and we're looking at a potential government shutdown which is what both sides want to avoid. there are some roadblocks in the way. planned parenthood. this has been an issue for several months, particularly with conservatives in congress who want to defund planned parenthood, take those federal dollars out of planned parenthood because of the abortion issue. even some who oppose planned parenthood don't think that will end up being the hangup for the budget but it can certainly be an issue. obamacare, another vote to roll back obamacare. that's likely to happen in the senate tomorrow although they could put things off for a day, it probably
