holds true right here, this is 95 southbound headed toward the city of philadelphia right by the betsy ross bridge, smooth sailing in this area. you can see, people starting to tap on the brake lights little bit. that's normal in this area as you pass here, down toward allegheny and then girard. we've got some maps to catch you up on as well, construction in delaware, new castle. this is 95 southbound, ramp to 295 northbound, closed, until 7:00 a.m. so another 90 minutes or so before this is out of the way. lots, little further north. 495 northbound, between edgemore road and claymont, two lanes are blocked right there. so it will cause a little bit after slow down through this area. back to new jersey, route 42 northbound and southbound, between could the edge drive and route 55. we have one lane blocked right here. this should be out of here by about 6:00 a.m. so another 30 minute or so. back over to pa, route 422 eastbound, closed, monday, at the first avenue ramp, the alternate is the route 23 ramp , so it shouldn't really cause any slow downs, just have to use that alternate. >> rahel?

traffic starting to get a little slow from past the betsy ross bridge to the vine with this disabledle even though it's off to the side, i think people are kind of cautious now and penndot's got the arrow board out so that's what's creating a little bit of a delay right there. let's check the big picture here. we had some problems earlier. we saw speeds of about 20 miles an hour right here. it was on the walt whitman bridge. crews had set up and blocked a lane as you head eastbound in new jersey. looks like they left the scene though, 'cause traffic is moving a little bit better right there so not as big of a deal and here's that i-95 southbound. you see now 28 miles an hour, so some delays kind of starting to kick in. in new castle county, you've got a delay and it's going to last a month so congratulations there. this is i-95 northbound near talley road. construction blocks a lane. it's going to be out there for several weeks here. we expected delays during the rush hour. we saw it especially yesterday afternoon. so, take 495 northbound instead of i-95 northbound here in new castle
