we're headed for 57 degrees. 62 in novato. 59 in san francisco. well, tomorrow morning when you wake up and head out it will be even colder than what we're feeling this morning as the winds calm down. the temperatures will be dropping even more. we'll start out tomorrow morning in livermore at 34 degrees. 39 in napa and 43 in san francisco. but let's talk about our water year update now that we continue to see more dry weather. santa rosa right now you're holding steady at over 24 inches of rainfall measured so far this water year. we're still at a surplus of over 7 1/2 inches and in oakland we've measured 21 inches. well, that is almost 12 inches at a surplus on top of what we typically see for this time of year. we're still at over double our normal amount of rainfall for oakland and livermore and san francisco 191% of normal. san jose and the sierra still holding with a big snowpack over 200% of normal across much of the sierra. and we're going to see some changes ahead. it's been dry. we've enjoyed it, but we're going to start to see the high
