oakland airport now has to temporarily at least remove san francisco bay from all of its advertising, all of its marketing, all of its promotional materials. now, this all comes after the san francisco city attorney sued the port of oakland over the name change citing trademark infringement. the port decided to rename the airport back in april in an attempt to improve its visibility and get more customers flying in from out of state. but the judge says that the new name has just created confusion and woodley travelers to believe the 2 airports are affiliated when they're not. i'm pleased that the court agreed with what we've been saying all along. >> that this new name infringes on our trademark. i wish it had come to this. we've been trying to reason with oakland officials for the better part of the year to avoid litigation. weve hopes to work with oakland to come up with alternative names that would meet the needs of both of our airports. but unfortunately, those efforts were not productive and we had no choice but to ask the court to step in and protect our trademark. >> well, at this point, the city attorney david chiu says san francisco will continue with its lawsuit. as for oakland
