annie yu is live in stafford county where things should be getting under way.: good morning, to you holly and erin, that's right. in just a few hours a massive search is going to take place somewhere in this area along the i-95 corridor. this is close to the garrisonville exit. that's going to happen closer to 10 o'clock this morning. as you mentioned, pamela butler went missing in she was killed. she worked for the environmental protection agency and her boyfriend at the time, josÉ rodriguez cruz he admitted to killing her, to strangling her in the basement of her home back in february and then he drove her body somewhere in this wooded area along 95. part of this plea deal, he was sentenced to 10 years in jail and agreed to lead police to her body and exactly where he buried pamela along 95 in stafford, virginia. again, later this morning close to 10 o'clock, many of you who live around here, who take 95 through stafford, you may see heightened police activity. you will see crews along the way. they're going to actually close a portion of the 95 express lanes

annie yu live on the news room with more on this controversy.nnie. >> reporter: holly and erin members of macedonia baptist church are protesting to save the site of an african-american burial ground. it's the moses african cemetery and dates back early 19 hundreds and it was the cemetery for a community built by freed slaves. yesterday, last night, the montgomery county planning board approved plans to build a storage facility on this land despite the protests of church members and their supporters. church members argue the self storage facility will cover the burial ground but the owners say any remnants of the cemetery are within a smaller plot of land they gave back to the county. >> the planning department is going to approve a new plan to put another structure on top of moses african cemetery and so we are here to protest another site of desecration for our ancestors. >> well, it's disappointing. i hope by the time we hope they change their minds. we're very excited to be a part of the community as they said we were are the first ones that

, annie. >> reporter: rick, that is right homicide detectives still looking for both of those vehicles, and their drivers, they were back out here today looking for any witnesses and surveillance video from local businesses and this time, there are only identifying the victim as a woman in her 30's. it was here in the 3,000 block of frankford avenue where philadelphia police say that someone pushed a woman out of the moving pickup truck. a witness tells police they saw the female clinging to the side of the truck, when she was pushed to the to the roadway it was then another vehicle hit her. police say this all happened around 2:00 this morning and victim was pronounced dead at the scene. both vehicles took off. >> i heard a commotion, you know, i didn't pay no mind, you know, we keep hearing that type stuff out here and then, i seen police action, looking out window. >> this neighbor saw detectives spent several hours out here instead of the grizzly scene, police say victim suffered serious head trauma but by mid-morning news about the crime, spread and through the neighborhood. >> it

good morning, annie. >> reporter: good morning, ladies.about this for a few weeks now. new rules are coming to i-66 inside the beltway for those who take the beltway to roslyn on 66 your commute is about to change. they're enforcing the express lanes. they'll go live on monday. there are new rules for tolls and hov hours so take a look at your screen. here are some of the major changes. the new system covers a 9-mile stretch between i-495 and lee highway near the route 110 and roosevelt bridge split there in rosslyn part of vdot's effort to manage the traffic congestion during rush hour. the 9:30 a.m. the major difference from the highway's current structure is that people driving alone can now use it if they're willing to pay so up until this point solo drivers haven't been allowed to enter during those peak hours as its lanes have been restricted to carpools only so now again solo drivers will pay a toll and must have an e-z pass. cars with two or more occupants can travel for free but their e-z pass must be on the hov setting. motorcycl
