north bay with a look at napa. we are starting out with temperatures in the 40s, and wind is coming in from the north at 15 miles per hour. it will be breezy throughout the morning, but eventually the wind will start to calm down. a chilly start but it will be nice and sunny. take a look at the trend. 63 degrees at noon and reach into the upper 60s for today. up to 66 in mountain view. we are also going to see about the same in fremont all the way down to san martin and santa rosa. as we head out on the roads this morning, a look at the richmond san rafael bridge. it's flowing pretty smoothly there, and we have clear conditions. a lot of green sensors around the bay area. a couple minor incidents in the east bay, but because of the light flow of traffic we are not seeing a backup. still, spring break ends this weekend and we could see changes with the traffic patterns. >>> this time nationally a federal appeals court temporarily is blocking a judge's earlier ruling to suspend the use of a widely used abortion pill.
