a big look at the beltway coming up. >>> thanks melissa. today metro will face a new questions about the deadly underground emergency that happened earlier this year. the ntsb hearing will go on for two days and news4's megan mcgrath is outside the l'enfant plaza metro station with more on what we'll hear. good morning. >> reporter: well, good morning, eun. metro is going to be under the microscope later on this morning as the ntsb begins a two-day hearing into that deadly smoke incident that happened in a tunnel near the l'enfant plaza metro station. a woman died back in january when smoke filled a train that was down in that tunnel. now, the ntsb wants to know what went wrong and what safety procedures need to be changed to make sure that it never happens again. investigators today will focus on a few specific areas including metro's infrastructure and conditions leading to the electrical arcing that produced the smoke down in that tunnel. they're going to look at emergency response and the evacuation. there's been a lot of criticism abou
