a grain silo fire in berks county is out tonight.at after burning for hours in pike township near oley. it started at 2:30 this afternoon on the 200 block of mine road. firefighter needed additional tanker-trucks. fortunately nobody was hurt. cooler temperatures and light rain are helping firefighters in canada battle that massive wildfire in for the macmurray in alberta. it has been burning since last tuesday. 88,000 people have fled. earlier today, officials inspected some of the damage. they say at least two neighborhoods have been destroyed including about 2400 homes and businesses. look at that. firefighters managed to save 25,000 other structures. the federal government has sued north carolina over its so-called bathroom bill. the law requires people to use only bathrooms of their gender that they were born with. the justice department filed a lawsuit just hours after north carolina's governor filed his own lawsuit against the government for misinterpreting the law. lehigh valley, berks county, we have a frost vorax we're not alone. a lot of the northeast is under the same advisory and warnings. in the lehigh valley, we're talking about places like lehigh valley, allentown, upper millford. extending into bethlehem. kutztown and rockland, in berks county. a wide area seeing cold temperatures overnight. we saw a few sprinkles and flurries as far to the north and west of philadelphia. as you can see skies are clear. the temperatures are falling fast. 50 in the city t 43 in pottstown. 35 in the poconos. little bit of a wind out there out of the west, northwest. 12 miles an hour in philadelphia, 13 miles an hour in the poconos, haven't talked about that in month, the windchill in poconos 26, feels like 39 in reading and lancaster. we're talking about morning lows in the 30's to the north and west. interior south jersey will be right around 40. monday's record low, mainly in the 30's, many are in jeopardy of being broken. come the morning. coming up we'll talk about more wind in the forecast. showers return and i will
