joining us now, senate budget committee chairman, bernie sanders.hat is in the bipartisan bill or how it is going to be paid for so you didn't want to say you would support it. since then, i know the white house released a breakdown of the bill, how it's funded. can you say if you will support it? >> well, what i can say is that, where the spending is going makes a lot of sense, to me. it it's directed toward bridges, our roads, water systems, wastewater plants, broadband, heavily funded. that's the good news. we need to spend money in that area because our infrastructure is crumbling. on the other hand, some of the pay-fors, how they are going to pay for it, i have concerns about. but what is most important, anderson, is what is not in that bill. which is why the president said he would not sign that bill, unless we move forward with another, major piece of legislation under, what we call, reconciliation. and, that is, to, finally, address the longstanding crises facing working families in this country. i think everybody knows people on top are doi
