the winds turn to the north and east tonight in chatham. and as that cold air runs over that very warm ocean water, we develop. indicating. watch what happens through the early morning hours. some of this may even bring in some rain showers or even some snow shoirs depending on how cold it is and now the latest as boston. we're talking about the temperatures and some flurries to start out tomorrow morning. i don't want you to be alarmed. we're not looking for any accumulation but temperatures will be cold either way you a look at it. for most other places we're talking about clear skies overnight. tomorrow's temperatures only warm up into the upper 30's and low 40's for highs so it's another cold day. we time out the rain for you on tuesday. we start out dry tuesday morning but watch what happens through the afternoon. we start to bring in heavier rain by about kinner time or so. it continues to get heavier through the overnight showers into first thing wednesday. it does taper off through wednesday afternoon. mild air though associated wit

even through the chatham sea coast and then the sea shore all the way to the sea coast of new hampshire. that's what i was thinking. rain fading now south of nantucket. this is where we're going to start to make hay here and watch that area grow. it will grow into downpours and then head up through western connecticut and then western mass as well, and then it translates east on the front. downpours, yes. with a good southeast wind and there may be a rumble of thunder involved here with this ribbon of heavy rain that develops. but it's late at night. it's midnight until 3:00. the rain will be coming down hard and that wind gust to maybe 30 miles an hour as the downpours move through. once that passes we quiet down tomorrow morning so i don't see a lot of issues for the morning ride, i really don't, other than leftover rain. going through the night tonight, very little chance of rain between 6:00 and 9:00 but then it spikes around 11:00 to 3:00 a.m. then we're dry by about 9:00. how much rain in those downpours we could tip the scale and bring it up close to an inch of rain in some spots
