chp is still looking for the shooter behind all of this. but i just got off the phone with chp and they actually confirmed to me there was another east bay freeway shooting over the weekend. we're still trying to firm up exactly where that shooting took place, but this one we're talking about did take place in concord. i want to show you the video of that black mercedes sedan. you can see several bullet holes to the side of this car. and it all took place according to chp around 5:00 p.m. yesterday in concord. that car right there is actually at a gas station following the shooting. we do know this according to chp, there were two victims inside of that car. one of the victims was hit. the injuries are nonlife-threatening. and also one of the victims, not exactly sure which one, but that victim was detained and it's unclear as to why that victim was detained. now, victims aren't exactly forthcoming with information on the suspected vehicle in this, or the suspects in this shooting. of course, if you have any information to help out with thi

the chp made good progress or caltrans crews made good progress overnight. look at what they were dealing with. look at the video of the trees that came down during that wild storm that we had. this happened at highway 160 last night. they announced about 9:00 last night that these trees were done and weren't going to be able to get cleared until this morning because they were nervous about the safety of their crews. they were worried that more trees would fall on the people who were trying to do the work. so they shut it down and said we've got to deal with this later. well, overnight, the weather calmed down, and they got it done so they were able to reopen at 1:15 this morning so you're going to have a normal commute through here. >>> marin county is dealing with several trouble spots this morning after pounding rain. a chunk of the hillside gave away along oakland avenue in san anselmo. crews worked late into the night last night to clean it up. residents fear it could be a sign of brigger problems to come. >> it's going to be raining for five more days.

chp is diverting it off. so we are seeing some delays in the area so take your time out there and give your sea of couple extra minutes. moving over to the bay bridge toll plazzate metering lights are on downtown takes 23 minutes so that's a pretty slow commute and the roadways are very wet so keep both hands on the wheel and take it slow across the span into downtown san francisco. all right we have got a traffic alert in oakland southbound 13 before broadway terrorist a pothole causing trouble 5 cars have been damaged from the potholes so chp and crews are out there trying to clean this up for you but otherwise it's going take a while because it's traffic alert 30 minutes or more so to avoid the pothole get on southbound 13 after broadway and get moraga or take 234 24á to 5 -- 24 to 580 giving you a couple extra minutes but it's best to avoid the area altogether because the potholes can be very damaging for your car and your morning commute. moving over to the altamont pass coming off 205 inching at 12 mile

and chp named the other one. but that's okay.let's go ahead and start with the san leandro area. westbound 580 connector to northbound 238 a stalled car causing delays but otherwise looking good in the area. so that's good news here but if you are taking 880 to the san mateo bridge that's slow between hayward and foster city. 880 to 101 will take you about 25 minutes or so. moving over now to the major hot spot, miserable commute of the morning, all morning long, since yesterday there's a pothole out there. it's now repaired. which is the good news within the 6 a.m. hour but this residual backup is still here and you're moving at just 5 miles per hour along the way. once you hit north flynn road where the pothole was to about 25 miles per hour so expect about over 2.5 hours if you are heading to the altamont pass. you want to avoid it which i do suggest, go ahead and take patterson pass road instead or just wait it out if you can. okay. moving over now to the south bay how's it looking out there? 101 northbound is the only slowdo
