deanna? >> this scene right on the border of sellersville.o move down and get you a closer look. standing at the corner of ninth and jessica lane here. if you take a look past all those emergency vehicles. what you see there. first we thought that was a railroad bridge. that is one of the affected cars flipped over on its side. more than 20 cars involved in this train that was moving through the suburban area here in bucks county. 17 of those cars carrying propane. we're told those cars are secured. no leaks from those cars. some of the cars flipped over five to six cars that are affected. three completely on their sides, those are refrigerated box cars and the diesel fuel that was keeping the items in the cars cold. that is what is a concern here. that's what we are told that is leaking into a basin that could approach the nearby perkiomen creek here. three affected cars and three completely off the tracks there. the investigation will take some time into what caused this. and several days and maybe even a week is this cleanup. you have has

nbc 10's deanna durante was in the courtroom all day listening to the testimony. she's joining us live with the latest on dree ya's testimony. >> this is the first time we have seen her publicly. she walked into the courtroom with her signature curly hair. at times she smiled at the jury when she talked about her past and her life now. she reached for her glasses when she had to look at documents. bill cosby did not look directly in it her direction. he looked down at the table, his hands folded, including when she accused him of sexual assaulting him. she described the friendship that the two had over a 16-month period. at times going to his home for dinner prepared by his personal chef, talking about her future. it was cosby who introduced the idea of her entering sports broadcasting suggesting she get a head shot taken and introducing her to other power players in the broadcasting and writing world. and a trip she took to new york at his expense. but prosecutors after two hours got her to talk about that night in 2004. the night she says she went to cosby for c

so far there have been five jury questions during the deliberations over the past couple days and deanna durante was in the courtroom for this latest request by the jury. what are you learning about how that request played out? >> reporter: andrea constand was on the stand, the witness stand for a period of over two days, more than eight hours she testified. the judge said as you said that that testimony typed out was 300 pages or longer. so he and the lawyers limited what the jury would get in that request. they put down that they would hear just the direct testimony from andrea constand, what the prosecutors asked her about that night and she recited bill cosby's own words, what he has said in his 2005 deposition, put them down, they will help you relax, referring to the three blue pills she says she voluntarily took when bill cosby handed them to her some time on a winter evening in 2004. some time between january and mid-march, she told the court. last week when she testified. one thing in this case, the testimony between bill cosby that we heard read aloud, sometimes at the request

deanna durante is keeping track of every minute of this trial as it continues. she gave us this update just on a short break from court. >> reporter: for a second day, andrea constand is back on the witness stand. yesterday she told the jury about a sexual assault she says happened inside bill cosby's home. today defense lawyers spent time trying to chip away at her time line, her account of what happened and when. andrea constand's tone never changed. she remained calm and respectful as defense lawyers poured over her phone records, accused her of double checking with police on people on dates. constand had stated to police in 2005 she thought the assault happened in cosby's home on march 16th, 2004. according to defense attorneys who looked at police reports and showed them to constand. defense lawyers spent hours looking at cell phone records showing constand had made many phone calls until late in the night on march 16th. defense saying it was not possible for constand to be passed out and assaulted if she was on the phone. she told the jury she was mistaken
