here's a lovely view from our emeryville camera as we look back towards san francisco, temperatures in the low to upper 60s. 69 in san jose, 61 in san francisco. here's live doppler 7. although things have quieted down, we did have a few showers, very isolated earlier in the day, and that's all in association with the same low pressure system that brought us the rain, but actually shasta area over two inches of rain. it's in nevada right now still with the wrap around moisture seeing snow showers at the highest elevations in the mountains. some thunderstorms and some rain showers as well in the valleys. winds are picking up behind that low, gusting to 32 miles an hour in san francisco. 23 in oakland. you may be hearing that wind. it's certainly a shaky view from our sutra tower camera as we look towards alcatraz. here's a look at the forecast, gusty winds tonight, foggy areas in the morning. you're basically looking at sunny and a little warmer weather the next few days, and then it's going to be much warmer for the holiday weekend. so here's a look at the hour-by-hour forecast. still

not sure how emeryville got on there and driving on dry streets right now and that is not the case ase head into the afternoon and evening hours as rain and showers develop not only today, but tomorrow. a couple chances to remember how to drive in wet weather and relatively cool the next seven days also and the chance of showers returns sunday and monday. we have one area of low pressure. really easy to see. the one just off the s there in san francisco, but behind that another chunk of energy will swing through there and that is why we have a one-two punch today and tomorrow. here's a look at future radar and other than the possibility of some drizzle this morning in our higher elevations, the air is relatively dry. then it starts to get a little bit more moist as we head into the lunch hour and you can see it's mainly the north bay that will have some rain and as we head towards 5:00, you can see it weakening. no more yellows, just some greens. and splotchy showersere a chance, but still out there. let's take a look at the potential for some wet weather and the amounts you could see
